Job Summary:

Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd is seeking a skilled Oil Sales Professional to join our team. As a Channel Development Specialist, you will be responsible for building strong market relationships at the primary and secondary levels, providing market feedback, and developing a plan for stockiest OIL sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors and distributors to ensure channel development.
  • Provide timely and relevant MIS to redress problems and complaints of distributors and distributors.
  • Work with Zonal Spares Manager, Area Office, and Product Lead OIL to ensure goals and objectives are met.
  • Ensure annual OIL targets are achieved as per plan.
  • Build primary and secondary networks in Bazar Trade in specified territories.
  • Understand and analyze market trends, develop a plan for stockiest OIL sales targets, and enhance channel reach, penetration, and effectiveness.
  • Develop local promotion and branding strategies.
  • Provide information on performance of distributors on a weekly and monthly basis.

Requirements:

  • B.E./B.Tech. degree
  • 5-10 years of experience in the Oil/Lubricant Industry
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Data, trend analysis, and forecasting skills
  • Preferably SAP hands-on experience
