Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Professional to join our team at Reliance Retail. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To achieve the revenue and margin targets as assigned by Store Leader for both Jio & Retail businesses.
  • To increase the average transaction value per customer by ensuring that each customer satisfactorily upgrades the value chain during the selling process.
  • Error-free billing.
  • Effective interactions on the shop floor to ensure satisfied customer responses.
  • Adhering to the selling process to ensure closing the sale.
  • Address and escalate (wherever required) all cases of involving product/product interface for customers requiring enhanced inputs for facilitation of product selection, multiple product networking, etc.
  • Constantly update knowledge and selling skills to perform cross-selling.
  • Adherence to Store SOPs.
  • To ensure that the complete set of customer's needs are met starting from enquiry to closure of the sales transaction.
  • To ensure customer grievances, if any, are effectively addressed and resolve thru' escalations (if required).
  • To satisfy customer needs and expectations in terms of advance product information and customized solutions that may be desired.

Education Requirements

A minimum educational qualification of 12th/Graduation is required for this role.

Skills & Competencies:

  • A high degree of customer orientation.
  • Aptitude for sales.
  • Language fluency.
  • A high degree of process and systems orientation.
  • Enthusiasm for technology.

Compensation Package:

The estimated salary for this role is ₹50,000 - ₹75,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
