Job Description
We seek a highly motivated and results-driven Renewable Energy Sales Professional to join our team at Yoshino Energy Pvt. Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the renewable energy sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs.
- Develop and execute tailored sales strategies to meet customer demands.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS, PROVIDING THEM WITH CUSTOMIZED RENEWABLE ENERGY SOLUTIONS.
- Negotiate and close deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and industry trends.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based in Rourkela, with a salary range of ₹8,00,000 - ₹12,00,000 per year. We offer a competitive compensation package, including benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
