Job Description

The primary responsibility of this role will be to engage colleges, conduct sessions, and provide career counselling to potential learners. You will also be required to establish the uniqueness and effectiveness of our online learning model and own the complete sales closing life cycle for assigned leads.

You will work closely with Deans, HODs, and TPOs to connect with students and demonstrate the value we bring to their academic journey. Additionally, you will maintain a detailed database of all interactions with leads on our CRM system.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A hardworking attitude with high dedication and extreme determination.
  • Experience in EdTech/Field sales is an advantage.
  • A proven track record as a Rockstar sales performer.
  • Great listening skills and the ability to bond with potential learners, showing patience and powerful empathy.
  • A disciplined approach towards building a funnel, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.
  • The willingness to travel and be on the field, with enthusiasm for making incentives and building a great sales career with us.

In return for your efforts, you can expect a competitive salary of around $50,000 per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience. This figure is inclusive of performance-based bonuses that will be tied to your ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
