Job Overview
This role involves connecting with college deans, HODs, and TPOs in your area to introduce the value proposition of NIIT's career programs. Key responsibilities include:
- Organizing sessions, events, and webinars to showcase NIIT's new-age career programs and their potential to kick-start student careers.
- Counseling potential learners on planning their career paths and leveraging NIIT's expertise to catalyze their professional growth.
- Effective communication of the uniqueness and efficacy of NIIT's online learning model.
- Sales lifecycle management including cold calling, product demonstrations, sales closure, and post-sales relationship building.
- Maintaining a detailed database of all CRM interactions with leads.
What We're Looking For
We seek individuals with excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Additionally, we require hardworking professionals with high dedication and determination, preferably with experience in EdTech or field sales. Our ideal candidate is a rockstar sales performer with a proven track record, a great listener, and a trustworthy individual who can build strong relationships with potential learners. A disciplined approach to building pipelines, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and achieving targets is also essential. Travel, being on-field, and making incentives are integral aspects of this role.
Compensation Package
The estimated salary for this position is ₹8.5 lakhs per annum (dependent on location), offering a competitive compensation package that includes bonuses, benefits, and opportunities for growth within the company.
