About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the home furnishing industry and/or hospitality sales, including market trends and customer needs. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, fostering relationships in the home furnishing and hospitality sectors, and collaborating with senior management to develop and execute effective business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Acquisition: Identify and approach potential clients, leverage market insights and industry networks to expand the client base and increase market coverage.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients by delivering superior products and services.
  • Business Expansion: Identify new business opportunities and foster relationships in the commercial spaces, hotels, resorts, and high-end residential projects.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within the home furnishing, hospitality, or interior design sectors.
  • Education: Bachelor's/Master's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Skillset: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong problem-solving skills, and a customer-first mindset.
What We Offer

Bent Chair offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
