About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Head of Sales to join our team in Noida, Sector 132. As a results-oriented leader, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the toy industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure individual and team targets are met.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, ensuring processes are efficient and align with company standards.
Requirements:
- 5-6 years of experience in sales, specifically within the toy industry or related fields.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
Benefits:
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of ₹25,00,000 per annum, plus incentives and ESOPs.
