Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Optimal Virtual Employee as a Head of Sales and Marketing. As a strategic leader, you will develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion within the stationery retail sector.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners, including retailers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5-6 years of experience in sales, specifically within the toy industry or related fields.
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining partnerships, developing sales strategies, and achieving targets within a competitive market.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and proficiency in using CRM and sales tracking tools.
