Job DescriptionWe're seeking an experienced professional to lead our pre-sales function as the Director of Pre-Sales. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to provide strategic insights and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will build and manage a high-performing pre-sales team, ensuring seamless delivery of technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:- Pre-Sales Strategy and Leadership
- Develop a comprehensive pre-sales strategy aligned with revenue goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
- Identify new markets and customer segments for potential business opportunities.
- Customer Engagement and Solution Development
- Lead pre-sales team in understanding client requirements and creating customized solutions.
- Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Support the Sales team in positioning HealthyLife's solutions.
- Team Management and Development
- Hire, train, and mentor a skilled pre-sales team.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning.
- Set performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
- Process Optimization and Reporting
- Standardize pre-sales processes and implement tools to streamline activities.
- Analyze and report pre-sales performance metrics.
- Gather competitive intelligence and product feedback.
- Product and Industry Expertise
- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
- Conduct training sessions on HealthyLife's offerings.
- Provide insights and strategic recommendations.
Expected salary range: ₹1800000 - ₹2500000 per annum.
