Job Description

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead our pre-sales function as the Director of Pre-Sales. This role involves collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product Development to provide strategic insights and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate will build and manage a high-performing pre-sales team, ensuring seamless delivery of technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-Sales Strategy and Leadership
    • Develop a comprehensive pre-sales strategy aligned with revenue goals.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on customer needs.
    • Identify new markets and customer segments for potential business opportunities.
  • Customer Engagement and Solution Development
    • Lead pre-sales team in understanding client requirements and creating customized solutions.
    • Build strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
    • Support the Sales team in positioning HealthyLife's solutions.
  • Team Management and Development
    • Hire, train, and mentor a skilled pre-sales team.
    • Foster a collaborative environment focused on continuous learning.
    • Set performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Process Optimization and Reporting
    • Standardize pre-sales processes and implement tools to streamline activities.
    • Analyze and report pre-sales performance metrics.
    • Gather competitive intelligence and product feedback.
  • Product and Industry Expertise
    • Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements.
    • Conduct training sessions on HealthyLife's offerings.
    • Provide insights and strategic recommendations.

Expected salary range: ₹1800000 - ₹2500000 per annum.
