Senior Territory Sales Lead

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our territory sales efforts in the CSP industry.
The ideal candidate will have experience selling messaging and/or BSS solutions to Telcos, with a proven track record of success in managing client relationships and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage existing client relationships to ensure renewals, generate new business, and maintain overall client satisfaction.
- Lead the acquisition of new logos in the CSP industry, leveraging strong relationships with partners and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve quarterly and annual sales-revenue targets.
- Collaborate with company finance and collections teams to drive collections and improve cash flow.
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH PARTNERS - OEM, LOCAL PARTNERS, CONSULTANTS AS NEEDED TO CAPTURE NEW BUSINESS.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders (Product, Delivery, Customer Success, Finance, Legal etc.) to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
- Maintain project governance for key projects, working effectively with internal and external teams.
- Proven sales leadership experience in the CSP industry, with a focus on messaging and/or BSS solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- A competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
