Software Sales Pioneer

We're seeking a talented Inside Sales Representative to play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. As a pioneer in business transformations, you'll become a key driver of our sales success.

Responsibilities- Qualifying Opportunities: Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-ups, and achieve revenue targets by closing sales and meeting quarterly quotas.
- Building Relationships: Follow up with customers to understand their needs and discuss solutions, demonstrating products to increase sales.
- Negotiating Sales Terms: Negotiate customized packages with customers, collaborating with sales executives and maintaining customer relationships.
- Improving Sales Skills: Work to increase sales success rates by staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
Requirements
- Proven inside sales experience of 3 to 5 years (Inbound sales)
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Discretionary variable pay or commission scheme dependant on your role
