We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing existing customer relationships, scouting for new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across multiple business verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Google Maps Platform's existing customers (Farming) and identify new business opportunities (Hunting).
- Generate revenue from Location Intelligence Platform 'Smart Market' across multiple business verticals.
- Collaborate with Partners and SIs to generate channel revenue.
- Achieve quarterly and yearly sales quotas from existing and new customers.
- Create innovative strategies to identify relevant opportunities, develop joint business plans with customers, and deliver success through tailored solutions.
- Define key market segments to target, achieve sales quota, establish seller relationships, and drive day-to-day interactions with these companies to build long-term business engagement.
Qualifications & Skill Set:
- 5+ years of experience in IT Solution/Application Sales to BFSI/Logistics & Supply Chain/E-Commerce/Mobility/Automobile segments.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering is mandatory.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT/Software services is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business and product, and build compelling value propositions for customers of all sizes.
- Active listener and good presenter.
- Energetic individual with a knack for understanding business needs and mapping internal resources to deliver satisfying solutions.
- Organized person with planning and executing capabilities, able to engage C-Level Executives, accurate with forecasts, understands business value, handles objections, and leverages referrals effectively.
- Self-motivated sales enthusiast who thrives on winning deals and growing as a sales professional.
Estimated Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location:Remote or On-site at Lepton Software headquarters.
