Job Summary

This Senior Marketing Director position will oversee the development and execution of Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies for NetCom Learning's Enterprise, SMB, and Government audiences. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing and team leadership, with expertise in ABM strategies and marketing automation tools.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Team Management: Manage and guide a team of ABM marketers in developing and implementing marketing strategies for specific target audiences.
  2. Solution Storytelling: Oversee the creation and communication of solution storytelling to ensure impactful and resonant messaging with key accounts.
  3. Campaign Execution: Execute marketing campaigns across various channels, including content, digital, and social media.
  4. Internal Collaboration: Act as the primary internal point of contact for sales and inside sales teams, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.
  5. Performance Analysis: Track and analyze performance metrics, including lead generation and revenue growth, to drive continuous improvement and achieve goals.
Requirements

A minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing with at least 4 years in a team management role is required. Strong communication skills and expertise in ABM strategies are also essential. Proficiency in customer journey mapping, project management, and marketing automation tools is a plus. Estimated salary: $150,000 - $220,000 per year.
