Account-Based Marketing Lead

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Account-Based Marketing (ABM) professional to lead our marketing efforts. The successful candidate will have a strong background in B2B marketing, specifically in ABM strategies, and experience managing a team, overseeing solution storytelling, and executing marketing campaigns across various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute ABM strategies for Enterprise, SMB, and Government audiences.
  • Create and manage targeted marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation.
  • Collaborate with sales and inside sales teams to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
  • Track and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and achievement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8 years in B2B marketing with at least 4 years in a team management role.
  • Strong communication skills and expertise in ABM strategies.
  • Proficiency in customer journey mapping, project management, and marketing automation tools.
  • In-depth knowledge of market trends, product lifecycles, and 360-degree marketing approaches.
  • A hands-on marketeer with a servant leadership mentality who excels in cross-department collaboration and performance optimization.

Estimated Salary: $160,000 - $220,000 per year
