Business Development Lead - Key Account Program
Job DescriptionYou will be part of a dynamic sales team, bringing your leadership expertise and skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business growth. Your primary objective is to accelerate the development of assigned key account portfolios across the region.
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and drive the development of new accounts, while supporting top priority tenders in line with vertical roadmaps and targets.
Your Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts and drive business expansion.
- Lead and coach key account teams to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key account performance and initiate corrective actions to ensure target achievement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Support request for quote (RFQ) or tender responses for assigned customers.
- 8-10 years working experience in field sales (Hunter) background.
- Must come from a Logistic & Freight forwarding background.
- A team player with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
