About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our organization as a Business Development Manager, driving growth by acquiring new clients and expanding into new markets.
Key Responsibilities- Client Acquisition: Identify and engage potential clients in need of recruitment solutions.
- Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships.
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies to expand into new domestic and international markets.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term partnerships with key decision-makers.
- Sales Negotiation: Pitch recruitment services and negotiate contracts to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal recruiters to ensure successful talent placements and high client satisfaction.
- Industry Analysis: Stay updated on hiring trends and market dynamics to inform strategy.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and business development goals.
- A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Experience in handling both domestic and international clients is a plus.
