Key Job Responsibilities

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage a portfolio of sellers and drive sustainable revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of marketplace programs, tools, and processes.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of 15-20 sellers to maximize their potential.
  • Analyze customer data on the efficiency of listings, selection, supply chain, advertising, and deals to provide strategic recommendations.
  • Implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and engage with prospective sellers based on a clear understanding of our needs and requirements.
  • Develop and execute joint business plans that deliver on key business opportunities and relevant KPIs.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on seller issues and publish recommendations and action plans based on data to improve seller experience.
  • Seller performance will be measured by input metrics and impact on creating a great customer experience.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the Amazon Marketplace ecosystem.
  • Manage additional projects around our Paid Service, including process improvements, tool development, competitive analysis, and sales analysis.
  • Conduct regular meetings with sellers to highlight business metric performance and build action plans.

Shift timings for the role: 4 PM to 1 AM IST

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of sales or account management experience.
  • At least 2 years of digital advertising and client-facing roles experience.
  • Experience with Excel and data analysis.
  • Ability to analyze data and best practices to assess performance drivers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience analyzing key open issues and resolution metrics for managed accounts.
  • Experience in relationship management within technology, start-ups, or SaaS Platforms.
