Job Title: Business Growth Manager
About the RoleWe are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our business growth initiatives in the region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the expansion of our Wi-Fi (Managed Services) business.
Key Responsibilities- Align closely with our Sales/ Solution team to bring this awesome technology to many customers in the region.
- Must have a strong Technology selling background - Security & Networking.
- Responsible for overall growth & pipeline development in the region.
- Build & leverage partner eco-system effectively.
- Identify & build Manage Services partner in the region, for offering Wi-Fi -as-aService.
- Strong alignment & build pipeline with Telecom & Cloud Service Providers.
- Bring thought leadership of giving the end-to-end solution for customer's Digital Transformation journey - Value / Solution selling.
- Effective cross-sell/ Up-sell capability to position multiple solutions.
- Have vivid understanding about competition offerings.
- Pro-active engagement in large RFPs & Large customers.
- Build a calendarized activity / engagement plan with all the key partners in the region.
- Periodical Sales training session with key partner stakeholders.
- Reaching out to all key existing & new Wi-Fi customers for case-studies.
- Capable to work / align internally with all the key stakeholders in the region from Sales, Pre-Sales.
- MBA/ Graduate from a reputed institution.
- Good experience in selling Networking & Security solutions.
- Understand customer expectation & position the Wi-Fi solution, highlighting business benefits.
- Responsible for Regional Wi-Fi pipeline & Revenue goals.
- Good connect with Partners & customers in the region.
- Working experience with Service Providers is an added advantage.
- Team-player who can work/ align closely with all relevant stakeholders within the organization.
- Smart planner & executor of Regional business plan, aligning with Business/ Segment leaders.
