Job Title: Business Development Executive Intern (6 Months Internship)

Location: Chennai

Employment Type: Internship (6 Months) With potential for full-time conversion based on performance

About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-driven Business Development Executive Intern to join our dynamic sales team. You will start your journey focusing on PowerBuilder chapter lead generation and gradually expand to other technology stacks. This role will give you end-to-end exposure to the business development process from lead generation to deal closure while building strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation Research, identify, and qualify potential leads for the PowerBuilder chapter, and later across different technology stacks.
- Client Engagement Participate in client calls alongside the sales team to understand client requirements and solutions offered.
- Deal Support Assist in the process from initial outreach through to deal closure, ensuring smooth communication and follow-up.
- Market Research Gather and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and potential client needs.
- Presentation & Proposal Support Prepare and deliver effective presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with business goals.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Basic knowledge of IT services/technology sales is an added advantage.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: 15K
- Training: Comprehensive on boarding and mentorship provided.
