Key Responsibilities

  • Craft and implement social/digital campaign strategies to create brand awareness and strengthen brand positioning.
  • Conduct internal audits and analyze social media campaigns using tracking systems to gather data and determine efficacy and areas for campaign improvement.
  • Set strategic roadmaps and objectives for digital projects, report on ROI for effective implementation of strategies.
  • Model and track KPIs to measure campaign/digital project performance as necessary.
  • Plan and prepare quarterly, bi-annual and annual campaign reports.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide authentic and helpful responses for campaign and brand requirements.
  • Ensure all deliverables exceed set expectations.
  • Liaise with third-party vendors, influencers, partner firms on behalf of the brand for campaigns and projects.
  • Oversee and participate in on-ground events and workshops as deemed necessary.
  • Proactively initiate, publish PR activities and case studies on a quarterly basis.
  • Perform research on current industry trends and audience preferences, making efficient use of insights drawn to improvise digital marketing strategies.
  • Identify new opportunities to promote and assist in business growth.
  • Establish a robust relationship with clients, collect briefs, consult them ensuring effective execution of SOW and efficient alignment of tasks and timelines internally and externally.
  • Lead, drive, challenge and participate at all stages of the strategizing, planning, creative and delivery process.
  • Producing project schedules, creative briefs and plans, risk assessments, delivery plans and weekly progress/status reports.
  • Address escalations and queries (internal and external) in an effective and seamless manner, efficiently servicing and cultivating existing relationships.
  • Effectively manage and mentor immediate teams, directing them in finding creative solutions to both client and internal challenges, building up knowledge-sharing across all disciplines.
  • Provide immediate teams with necessary trainings and tools to improve core expertise and aid in continued career growth.
  • Effectively manage and overcome scathing challenges.
