We seek an Account Management Leader for India Expansion to join our team at Upraisal People Productivity Performance.

This leadership role involves expanding our customer base in Western India, targeting industries like steel, cement, pharma, and chemicals.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers, identifying decision-makers and aligning stakeholders for evaluations, and developing customized proposals for stakeholders.

Additionally, you will ensure accurate sales forecasting and quarterly/annual target achievements, conduct regular customer visits, and collaborate with solution engineers for cross-sell/upsell opportunities.

To succeed in this role, you should have 6-10 years of experience in account management or customer success, strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills, and the ability to hold CXO-level meetings and articulate value propositions.
