The Opportunity

Capgemini is seeking a Sr Director level executive to lead a large engagement of contract value $ 25 M to $ 50 M USD, with having prior experience managing multi-tower / cross functional teams
Preference for technology orientation (Platform Engineering, SRE etc as role requires working closing with client senior leadership

Responsibility includes
Lead and manage the delivery of large-scale client engagements involving Application Development and Management scope.
Should have prior experience of managing global delivery for large customers
Responsible for managing global stakeholders and drive operational excellence while ensuring seamless delivery
Support managing customer escalations and coordinate resolution efforts with key stakeholders (internal and external) by working cross-functionally to ensure issue ownership, action items, and communications are fulfilled.

The incumbent will have 20-25 years of experience in delivery/Sales/ Account leader/Operations with a strong project track record and demonstrated P&L contribution to sales.
