About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned professional to fill the position of Accounting Process Leader. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Accounts Payable function, ensuring efficient and compliant financial operations.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of finance principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records.
  • Providing regular reporting and analysis to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve AP queries and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Ensuring compliance with internal controls, IND AS standards, and other relevant accounting laws.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance) or equivalent accounting qualification.
- 5-7 years of experience in finance (or 3-4 years for MBA-qualified candidates).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Prior experience of working with a Manufacturing organization.
