Role : Sales Account Manager

Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :

  • Sales and business development of pharma excipients with pharmaceutical, life science and biopharmaceutical companies.
  • Preparation and achievement of sales target (Revenue, volume and gross profit) and organizational goals for every year
  • Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as call reports, monthly reports and annual territory analysis.
  • Value selling, key account management and interpersonal skills to improve the profitability of our business
  • Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandizing techniques.
  • Service existing accounts, obtains orders, and develop new accounts for Pharma excipients.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending training programs, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, participating in pharmaceutical conferences.
  • Responsible for account receivables, I & C forms, handling of rejections and customer complaints.
  • Develop and grow the commercial relationships of assigned leading customers while prospecting for new accounts to increase market penetration.
  • Develop opportunity pipeline to drive new business for future commercial success.
  • Forecast sales to enable operations planning, introduce product innovations and maintain active memberships.

Skills & Qualification :

  • Experience: Min. 10 years of experience in Sales & Business Development.
  • Candidate should have experience in Sales & Business Development of pharma excipients to Pharmaceutical, Life Science & Biopharma companies.
  • Familiarity about Pharmaceutical product development & manufacturing operations
  • Travel - Very Frequent (50%
