Sales Account Manager

We are seeking a Sales Account Manager to join our team In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding client accounts by developing strategic plans, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty.
- Act as the primary point of contact, addressing concerns and proactively identifying solutions.
Strategic Account Planning:
- Develop and execute tailored account strategies aligned with client goals.
- Assess account health regularly and identify growth opportunities.
Contract Negotiation & Management:
- Lead contract discussions, ensuring beneficial terms for both clients and the company.
- Manage contract renewals and renegotiations for long-term partnerships.
Customer Satisfaction & Support:
- Address client concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Gather client feedback to enhance service delivery.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to meet client needs.
- Provide insights to internal teams for improved customer experience.
Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue.
- Develop strategies to expand accounts and meet sales targets.
CRM Management & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate client records and track sales activities in CRM software.
- Generate reports on sales pipeline, performance, and account health.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in sales, IT hardware sales or account managment.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset to identify customer needs and develop solutions.
- Experience in strategic account planning and deal closing.
- Proficiency in CRM software.
