The role holder is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships with national and regional influencers of the trade and forex industry. This includes managing alliances with various stakeholders such as law firms, fintech companies, and consultants to achieve income delivery and enhance overall performance.
">- Executing targeted partnerships to drive income delivery and expand market reach.
- Ensuring selection, documentation, negotiations, and business initiation for partners.
- Monitoring the health of business from partners and ensuring timely settlements.
- Effective stakeholder management, decision-making, and analytical skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- First point of contact for all partners and prospects.
- Accountable for control function interfacing including compliance, legal, finance, and SPU.
- Driving business delivery through daily engagements with internal channel members.
- Responsible for achieving revenue targets through various initiatives.
Organizational Responsibilities:
- Organizing regular training for resources on products, processes, and competition benchmarking.
- Bridge between sales team and product team for product-related feedback, issues, and resolutions.
- Periodically reviewing performance to identify business leakages and take corrective measures.
