Seeking a seasoned Enterprise Relationship Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with key clients.
About the Role:
- Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention.
- Foster deep understanding of client needs, goals, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
- Leverage expertise in enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to provide valuable insights.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
- Cultivate executive-level discussions and ensure alignment with client objectives.
- Analyze data and market trends to inform recommendations and drive measurable value.
- Identify opportunities for expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
- Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
