Seeking a seasoned Enterprise Relationship Manager to oversee the development and maintenance of strategic partnerships with key clients.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive growth and retention.
  • Foster deep understanding of client needs, goals, and challenges to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Leverage expertise in enterprise IT and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP) to provide valuable insights.
  • Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams, including Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • Cultivate executive-level discussions and ensure alignment with client objectives.
  • Analyze data and market trends to inform recommendations and drive measurable value.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion through upselling, cross-selling, and new business development.
  • Translate client feedback into actionable improvements in products and services.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in account management, client success, or consulting within a technology environment.
  • Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust and influence senior decision-makers.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho) and experience with data-driven engagement.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business/Technology; MBA is an advantage.
