The Senior Partnership Account Manager will drive the growth and performance of complex and/or strategic partnership accounts, ensuring consistent delivery against account priorities.
Key to this role is serving as the primary relationship owner for assigned financial institution partners, building and maintaining trust-based, strategic relationships that align with partners' goals and objectives.
This involves facilitating regular engagement and collaboration with partner teams, ensuring clear communication, mutual accountability, and ongoing alignment with partnership objectives.
The successful candidate will possess exceptional customer success skills, technical knowledge of strategic account management principles, and experience managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent
- At least 7 years of experience in microfinance, inclusive finance, or rural banking
- Technical knowledge of strategic account management principles and experience managing MFI partnerships and large loan portfolios
- Familiarity with MFI operating models, NBFC-MFI regulatory norms, SHG-based finance, and low-income client engagement
- Fluency in English and proficiency in Hindi or other regional language preferred
