Strategic Partnership Executive

As a seasoned business leader, you will spearhead strategic partnerships to drive organizational growth. Your expertise in B2B partnership development and deal closure will be instrumental in fostering long-term relationships with corporates, institutions, and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute impactful partnership strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Cultivate Partnerships: Identify, build, and maintain mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders, leveraging your exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
  • Drive Deal Closure: Develop and implement effective pitch strategies to close significant deals with potential partners, ensuring seamless execution and coordination of legal aspects.
  • Optimize Performance: Monitor performance metrics, track KPIs, and analyze revenue contribution of partnerships to inform data-driven decisions.

Requirements:

  • At least 5–7 years of experience in B2B sales, strategic partnerships, or business development.
  • Proven track record in building and scaling partnerships from the ground up.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Strong ownership mindset with a focus on results-oriented execution.
  • Ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
