The role of an Education Partnership Lead is a key position within our organization, responsible for spearheading the recruitment and management of a high-performing team of Education Ambassadors.
As a strategic partner of MEPSC, we are on a mission to build a strong ecosystem of Pre-School Facilitators and Caregivers through large-scale certifications, upskilling, and capacity-building initiatives.
- Recruitment and Team Management: Source, hire, and lead a dynamic team of Education Ambassadors to drive state-wise recruitment and certification targets.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build partnerships with school owners, associations, and key influencers for smooth program adoption.
- Team Enablement: Train, motivate, and mentor ambassadors to maximize outreach and effectiveness.
- Travel and Expansion: Travel extensively within assigned states to drive ground-level execution.
- Data and Reporting: Monitor ambassador performance, maintain recruitment pipelines, and share regular reports with leadership.
- Technology Use: Leverage AI tools, digital platforms, and CRM systems for recruitment and operational efficiency.
We are seeking a talent-driven leader with excellent communication skills, a growth mindset, and the ability to scale operations quickly across multiple states.
This role requires a self-starter with leadership skills, comfortable with MS Office, CRM platforms, and exposure to AI tools for recruitment.
