Job Title: Performance Excellence Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Performance Excellence Leader to drive strategic implementation of our Performance Management System (PMS) across the organization. This role will lead the development and institutionalization of a performance-driven culture through Balanced Scorecard (BSC) methodology, ensuring alignment with business goals and providing data-driven insights to leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the end-to-end PMS for the organization, incorporating BSC framework and metrics.
  • Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders to align business and people performance, driving continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Institutionalize Balanced Scorecard (BSC) to measure performance across Financial, Customer, Internal Process, and Learning & Growth perspectives, developing scorecards at organizational, departmental, and individual levels.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 8-12 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on Performance Management and Balanced Scorecard implementation.
  • Proven track record of deploying BSC in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data for leadership use.
  • Comfortable working in matrix organizations with cross-functional dependencies.
