Business Consultant Position

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Consultant to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions using Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

This role involves working closely with clients to understand their business processes, pain points, and goals. You will translate business requirements into effective Business Central solutions and develop functional specifications for implementation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management. They will also possess excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders.

In this role, you will manage full-cycle Business Central implementations, including configuration, testing, training, and support. You will also provide post-implementation consulting and optimization services to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client business processes and objectives
  • Translate business requirements into effective Business Central solutions
  • Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on solution architecture
Key Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV), including full-cycle implementations
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and deliver tailored solutions
  • Strong understanding of Business Central modules such as Finance, Manufacturing, and Warehouse Management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience engaging executive stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (e.g., Power BI, SQL Server, SharePoint) is a plus
