Strategic Business Partner

As a key member of our organisational leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in driving business outcomes through effective people management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives that enhance employee engagement, drive high performance, and foster a culture of continuous growth and belonging.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and develop targeted solutions.
  • Designing and delivering internal programmes that drive employee retention, cultural alignment, and performance excellence.
  • Utilising data analytics to inform decision-making and measure the impact of HR initiatives.
  • Supporting the development of high-performing teams through feedback mechanisms, performance management, and learning opportunities.
  • Providing coaching and guidance to managers to enhance team effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Cultivating strong relationships across the organisation to ensure seamless execution of onboarding, mobility, recognition, and feedback processes.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to work with people data to drive decisions and improvements.
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a bias towards action.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • PASSION FOR BUILDING CULTURE, DRIVING IMPACT, AND ELEVATING EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCES.
  • Experience working with tools like Excel, Google Workspace, and HR systems is highly desirable.
