We are seeking an experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur, a luxurious 21-acre private island resort in India. As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for leading the Front Office team in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable stay.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the Front Office team in achieving high standards of service quality and efficiency
  • Coordinate daily operations, including front desk, reservations, and guest services
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
  • Manage front office budgets and control expenses
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services, amenities, and policies
  • Be well-versed in hotel fire and life safety procedures
  • Attend all briefings, meetings, and trainings as assigned by management

Requirements

  • Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity
  • Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
  • Ability to speak other languages and basic understanding of local languages will be an advantage
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
