Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned and charismatic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk, ensuring seamless guest experiences and maximizing revenue. Your primary responsibilities will include:



  • Maintaining high standards of customer service, fostering strong relationships with guests, and addressing their concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Supervising a team of front office staff, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they deliver exceptional service and meet performance expectations.
  • Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) such as occupancy rates, average room rates, and revenue growth to inform business decisions and drive results.
  • Collaborating closely with other departments, including housekeeping, finance, and marketing, to ensure cohesive and effective operations.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to enhance the guest experience, improve operational efficiency, and increase revenue through targeted promotions and upselling initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records, reports, and statistics related to front office operations, including guest accounts, bookings, and cancellations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess:



  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with guests, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • A bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, supplemented by relevant work experience in a similar capacity.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in a guest-facing or supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a luxury hotel setting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on exceeding guest expectations and driving loyalty.
