About the Role:

The Director of Rooms will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of various departments, including Front Office, Butler Services, Guest Services, Housekeeping, Laundry, Security & Horticulture. This role requires a strong leader who can maximize productivity while ensuring excellent service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve excellence in service
  • Provide proactive solutions to address guest issues and promote satisfaction
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure seamless operations and high levels of customer engagement
  • Collaborate with other departments to plan and manage hotel operations and achieve financial goals
  • Anticipate and address operational challenges to minimize disruptions

Requirements:

  • Minimum 15 years of overall experience, with 2-3 years in a similar role in luxury resorts
  • Pre-opening exposure, remote location work, and high-volume hotel experience are desirable
  • Strong leadership skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and creative problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to develop strong customer engagement
  • Indian nationals only

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on experience
