Front Office Operations Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our front desk, ensuring exceptional guest service, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service and achieve revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve front office operations, including process improvements and staff training.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with experience in hotel management systems a plus.
