Job Title: Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Front Office team and ensuring the smooth operation of the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Front Office team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Develop and implement effective front desk operations to ensure seamless guest check-in and check-out processes.
- Monitor and control front desk expenses to achieve budget targets.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs for Front Office staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to Front Office staff.
- Ensure compliance with Accor's policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
