Front Office Manager

Accor is seeking a skilled and experienced Front Office Manager to join our team at Raffles Udaipur. As a key member of our hotel's management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our front office and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Front Office Operations: Participate in daily operations meetings to coordinate with support departments, check employee attendance and punctuality, conduct daily briefings, and ensure all log entries are communicated effectively.
- Team Management: Interview and recruit staff, identify and develop team members, conduct performance reviews, and prepare induction programs for new employees.
- Guest Service: Maintain complete knowledge of hotel services, be well-versed in fire and life safety procedures, and attend all briefings and meetings as assigned by management.
- Financial Management: Liaise with the finance department to ensure credit procedures are carried out efficiently.
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with a Diploma in Tourism and Hospitality Management and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, as well as the ability to speak multiple languages and work well in a team environment.
