Senior Front Office Operations Manager

As Senior Front Office Operations Manager, you will be responsible for supervising the overall functioning of the Reception, ensuring an efficient and effective operation. You will be the point of contact for all Front Office matters and will be responsible for maintaining high standards of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role
