Job Summary:

As a Front Office Operations Manager at Accor, you will oversee the smooth operation of our Front Office, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and meeting revenue targets. Your responsibilities will encompass Front Office operations, team management, and coordination with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead daily Front Office operations, ensuring efficient service delivery and effective communication with guests and teams.
  • Manage a high-performing team, providing guidance, training, and coaching to optimize performance and morale.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve business objectives, resolve issues, and improve overall quality of service.
  • Analyze market trends, review rooming lists, and motivate teams to up-sell rooms, increasing revenue and guest satisfaction.
  • Coordinate major group movements, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, providing feedback and coaching to drive team growth and development.
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping, manage daily room inventory, and coordinate with Housekeeping to meet guest needs.

Requirements:
  • Diploma in Tourism & Hospitality Management or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, make informed decisions, and drive results-oriented action plans.
