Front Desk Operations Coordinator

Key Responsibilities
• Manage day-to-day front desk operations, ensuring seamless guest experiences and high-quality service standards.
• Oversee check-in/check-out processes, guest queries, and maintain accurate records.
• Foster exceptional guest interactions, both in-person and through email correspondence.
• Collaborate with housekeeping staff and external vendors to maintain high standards of quality control and maintenance.
• Manage back-office systems and processes, adhering to finance and accounting standards, including daily accounts.
• Stay up-to-date on activities and events in the hostel and surrounding areas to provide guests with valuable insights.
Requirements
• Previous experience in the service industry, preferably with at least 1 year of experience.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and willing to take calculated risks.
• Availability to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Strong management and teamwork abilities.
• Hospitality or Hotel Management education is mandatory.
