Agrochemical Sales and Marketing Director

Swan Energy Limited is seeking a highly experienced Agrochemical Sales and Marketing Director to lead our sales and marketing efforts for fertilizers, organic manure, bio-pesticides, and bio-nutrients across Pan India.
This role requires a seasoned sales professional with a strong understanding of the agrochemical industry, who can develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 15 years of experience in sales and marketing within the Khad/Fertilizer/Pesticides/Seeds/Agrochemical industry, with proven experience in managing large-scale sales and distribution networks.
We offer a competitive salary of ₹25 lakhs per annum, making this an attractive opportunity for someone looking to take their career to the next level.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Sales Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve organizational revenue targets.
- Sales Performance Management: Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets, monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to refine strategies.
- Customer and Stakeholder Engagement: Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, B2B clients, and large institutional customers, negotiate and close high-value agreements with key clients.
- A Bachelor's (B.Sc.) or Master's (M.Sc.) degree in Agriculture is mandatory.
- Expertise in fertilizers, organic manure, bio-pesticides, bio-nutrients, and allied agrochemical products.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
