Job Description:

Overview

As a Sales Director at Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including brokers, agents, and other business partners.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and make recommendations for process improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of sales growth and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
