Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a New Business Development- AD located in Gurugram. The New Business Development - AD will be responsible for day-to-day tasks such as lead generation, sales presentations, account management, generating impactful sales and revenue growth, as well as for prospecting and creating new business opportunities for the company. This profile is mainly responsible for building relationships and achieving sales targets.

Looking for an experienced business development professional from Branding, Media, Advertising and Marketing background with minimum 8 years of success from same industry.

.Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets revenue targets.
  • Design and execute sales strategies to promote Above-the-Line (ATL) and Below-the-Line (BTL) advertising solutions.
  • Proficient in crafting compelling proposals, generating high-quality leads, and analysing client need.
  • Identify and target potential clients across various industry verticals for ATL (TV, radio, print, etc.) and BTL (events, sponsorships, activations, etc.), Product shoot, Video Advertisements and celebrity endorsement
  • opportunities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with advertisers, agencies, and brands for long-term partnerships.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their ATL and BTL requirements and delivering customized solutions.
  • Present and sell advertising opportunities to clients across digital, print, and broadcast platforms
  • Identify and acquire new clients, particularly in the B2B, D2C, Startup unicorn sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand client needs and tailor advertising
  • solutions to meet their objectives.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and audience preferences to refine sales pitches
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends. Analyse advertising performance
  • metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Set clear sales goals and targets for the team. Monitor team performance and provide coaching and feedback.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking sessions to showcase ATL and BTL
  • capabilities.
  • Work closely with the teams to implement campaigns across multiple channels effectively.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and provide recommendations for campaign optimization to ensure client
  • satisfaction and repeat business Qualification and skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Building clients for researching subjects- Brand creation, product design, marketing, advertising needs for
  • customers
  • Experience in Lead Generation, Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Proven B2B sales experience (International sales preferred) primarily in India, APAC, US and European markets
  • Strong understanding of advertising solutions, including digital marketing, print, and/or broadcast media.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
