Overview:

MVB Digi Marketing Pvt Ltd is a leading digital marketing agency seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to lead business growth initiatives. This role involves driving new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients, and helping to expand our digital marketing services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, inbound inquiries, and social media outreach.
  • Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to target and secure new clients. Analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and client needs to craft tailored proposals and pitches.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Build, nurture, and maintain long-term relationships with prospects, converting them into clients. Work closely with potential clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and digital marketing needs.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Provide expert guidance on digital marketing solutions including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, web design, and analytics. Present customized solutions to clients and explain the value proposition effectively.
  • Proposal Development and Negotiation: Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, presentations, and contracts to potential clients. Negotiate terms and pricing to close deals while ensuring mutually beneficial relationships.
  • Sales Reporting and CRM Management: Track sales activities and progress, providing regular updates on pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Maintain accurate records of all leads, opportunities, and clients within the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 3+ years of experience in business development or sales in the digital marketing industry, preferably in an agency or client-facing role.
  • Strong Understanding: A strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, tactics, and tools (SEO, PPC, social media, content marketing, analytics, etc.).
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-Driven: Results-driven with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and business goals.
