Hotel Sales and Relationship Development Manager

Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Sales and Relationship Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the hotel membership sales team and ensuring the success of our Loyalty Plus program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train and develop new and existing Accor Plus Ambassadors and hotel teams to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Facilitate training programs for hotel teams on the Loyalty Plus program.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Accor hotels management to support the Loyalty Plus program.
- Provide proactive support and advice to hotels as required to ensure engagement in the Loyalty Plus program and achievement of targets.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in hotel training and development of staff to achieve sales performance.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Experience in facilitating training programs.
Competencies:
- Leadership and motivation skills to lead a high-performing team.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills to identify and build key relationships internally and externally.
- Planning and time management skills to develop a business plan and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Advanced sales and closing skills to drive sales performance.
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
