Responsibilities
  • Mentor and guide potential learners, providing career advice and helping them plan their career path.
  • Counsel potential learners, understanding how upGrad can catalyze their career, and establishing weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.
  • Own the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you, including making phone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing, and post-sales relationship management.
  • Maintain a detailed database of all interactions on the CRM with leads and provide constant feedback to the marketing team on lead quality.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Outstanding English communication skills (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • A hardworking attitude, high dedication, and extreme determination.
  • Experience in EdTech sales is an advantage.
  • Sales performance with a proven track record.
  • The ability to approach any situation with patience and powerful empathy.
  • A disciplined approach towards building funnels, tracking feedback, prioritizing tasks, and overachieving targets and deadlines.
  • Sales acumen to understand and effectively communicate what upGrad is offering to its prospective learners and achieve revenue targets.
  • PASSION for delivering the highest levels of customer service.
  • Basic proficiency in MS Office Suite.
Deliverables/KPIs
  • Minimum of 100+ Dials every day with 40+ Connects.
  • 2 hours of talk time on an average per day & 1 Video Session.
  • 2 enrolled students per week.
  • Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently.

Estimated Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per annum
