We are seeking an experienced Sr. Executive – Business Development to join our team.
About the Role:
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Develop and maintain relationships with key clients to drive business growth.
- Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends and opportunities for sales growth.
- Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed quarterly sales targets through effective sales strategies.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
- Monitoring and Reporting: Track key performance indicators and provide regular progress reports.
Requirements:
- Qualification: B.Sc / B. Pharm / M. Pharm with MBA
- Experience: 4 – 7 years in business development or a related field
- Location: Andheri (E)
- Required Skills:
- Strong Communication and Negotiation skills
- Ability to analyze data and present actionable insights
- Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Exposure to CRM tools, SAP MM Module, Microsoft Office
