About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Sales Director to join our team at Paradigm Consultancy. As a key member of our hospitality sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and revenue through effective sales strategies.

Job Description

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles. They will be responsible for developing and implementing sales plans, building relationships with key clients, and managing a team of sales professionals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hotel Management
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the hospitality industry
  • Demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees, and third parties that reflects highly on the company
  • Strong problem-solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational, and training abilities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum
